I had to email you and tell you how amazing Keith was on Sunday. He called to confirm delivery, problem solved an issue with the air hockey, gave me clear instructions and handled the cords/taping really well. It went really well. No issues with the equipment during the event either. Thank you!

I’ve rented the bouncy house for a few years for my daughters birthdays. They always deliver and set up on time so very happy with that service for the bouncy castle. So we booked a face painter also this year thru bounce it because I was so happy with her service for the castle. I usually book face painters every year thru other companies and have always had a great experience.

Bounce it! is the best place to rent a bounce house in the city. We have been renting the Jungle Gym or Kings Castle every May long weekend for 6 years now and it never disappoints. The kids have so much fun!!! Jen makes it so easy - with a couple of texts everything is good to go. Delivery is on time, they work with your schedule and the price can't be beat. Its the best deal you can find!

Rented a bounce obstacle course for my son for the weekend and he and his cousin had a blast!! The booking process was super easy and the owner gave great customer service. I will definitely be renting from them again!

"We have been using 'Bounce It' to rent bouncy castles for my son's May Long weekend birthday for 4 years now, and every year has been an excellent experience. They are always prompt with setup, communicate well throughout the process, and their prices can't be beat. They are also accommodating with the ever changing Calgary weather. The castles provide hours of entertainment and the kids have so much fun that they can't wait for the birthday party next year! Renting the castle is literally the easiest part of planning my son's party. Jen and her team are amazing and are the best party rental place in town!"

Bounce it! Is an amazing company. We rented a bouncy castle for our daughters 4th birthday. This is the best deal you will find in the City. And it includes a full day of fun from 9am - 7pm and they fully setup/take down and sanitize everything. Even with the weather being sub par, our kids played all day and slept like logs all night. We will most definitely be using Bounce it! For all our future party’s, maybe even for the adults.

I do not live in this city anymore, and at the last second I had to make new arrangements for my dad's 60th all the way from Ontario.. I called the company owner and she really went out at 4am to help me create a wonderful birthday for my dad during the pandemic. Her prices are insanely great. I had called so many other companies and the price to convey the same feeling and message were ridiculous. If you have the opportunity to be her client I strongly 10/10 would recommend; not just because of the price but this is the type of customer service other companies have forgotten about, she was there to create an experience not there for the money.

Bounce it!, is the first supplier I reached out to when we need activities for an kids event. I have been working with them for several years. They are incredibly professional. They follow all safety guidelines, are punctual and have staff to assist to ensure the events runs seamlessly
